Builds capacity in building leadership through coaching services.

• Supports the principal in School Improvement planning and implementation
• Provides guidance and support to building principal on analyzing and using data
• Supports principal in developing and implementing policies, procedures for building operations
• Provides support and guidance to principal in understanding and recognizing effective instruction, lesson design and best teaching strategies
• Supports the principal in making accurate assessments of current school culture and developing steps in conjunction with the principal to promote a culture and environment that is supportive of teaching and learning.
• Provides opportunities for personal leadership development and opportunity for reflective practices
• Facilitates participation in the MSU Fellowship for Instructional Leadership
