The primary objective of coaching service is to increase capacity in building staff to improve and sustain student achievement. Coaching services are requested through the School Support Team with the MI Excel Service Plan Documentation. Consistent with the School Improvement Plan and targeted to grade level and content specific objectives, coaching services are provided by Wayne RESA in the following content areas:

  • ELA
  • Math
  • Instructional Leadership

Coaching services are implemented based on the MI Excel Learning Cycle. (Link to PDF document), and monitored through the School Support Team.
