Announces the following position:   Network Technician

Qualifications:   Knowledge of PC hardware and software support in a Windows environment.  Basic PC troubleshooting skills.  Basic networking capabilities in a switch-based network environment.  Knowledge and experience installing hardware and common software.  A desire to learn and work independently.  Experience with desktop or helpdesk support is desirable.  CompTIA A+. CompTIA Network+ or CNA certification preferred.

Job Description: The technician's role is to support and maintain inner-district technology equipment.  This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance.  The technician will also provide end user assistance where required.

Starting Rate:   $14.94 hourly   35/40 hours per week
