Dear Parents and Students:

Greetings from Carlson High School.  As the staff at Carlson High School continues to look for ways to improve communication with parents and students, we are pleased to announce a new product called ParentConnection.

 

USING YAHOO OR GOOGLE TOOLBARS WILL PREVENT YOU FROM ACCESSING PARENTCONNECT.

ParentConnection, also referred to as Parent Connect, is a web-based application that provides parents with direct access to student data from anywhere in the world with Internet access.  Using a confidential Pin (personal identification number) and password, parents can connect to the school district’s database using a web browser, and view their children’s data, such as progress reports, attendance records, report card transcripts, and more.  ParentConnection allows the parent to view, in one session, data on all their enrolled dependents in the same district, across multiple school sites.

If you do not have Internet access at home, it is available at the public library.  Please let the school know if you need any additional assistance with Internet access.  This application will work on either a Macintosh or Windows machine; however, it is recommended that you use Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher as your browser.  If you have questions, please contact us at :  parentconnect@gibdist.net
