To register your child for school, please provide the following information:

– Drivers License

– Voter’s Registration

– Purchase, Lease, or Rental Agreement

– Utility Bill

– Bank Deposit Slip

– Canceled Check with your address

– Other mail sent to you at your residence (no junk mail)

– Child’s Birth Certificate (P.S. 84, 1987).

– Child’s up-to-date Immunization Record.

– Individual Educational Plan (IEP) if special services are required.

– Child’s social security number.

Parents/guardians must accompany students under the age of eighteen years. Student must be with parent/guardian when enrolling at Belleville High School. If you are uncertain which school your child will be attending, please contact the Transportation Department at (734) 699-5100.
