Beginning School Bus Driver Training

An enrollment form must be completed for each school bus driver attending a training session. Registration fee is $75.00 for each driver. Failure to cancel within two days of the first class date will result in a forfeiture of the fee. Purchase orders and/or checks should be addressed and made payable to Wayne RESA, 33500 Van Born Rd., Wayne, MI 48184. Enrollment Form

Training is scheduled for 4 days from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., unless otherwise indicated. Beginning School Bus Driver classes are now being held at the Wayne County Community College. Location at 21000 Northline Road in Taylor. Persons arriving late will not be admitted to the class. Drivers must attend all four (4) days and pass a written exam to be eligible to receive a Course Completion Card (yellow card).

Due to the large number of drivers in Wayne County, enrollment cards (white cards) cannot be processed on a same-day basis.  Please allow 48 hours for processing plus mail time. Enrollment cards cannot be issued until 90 days prior to a class.
