The Wayne County Reading Council is a local organization of teachers, parents, and literacy advocates who work together to promote literacy through teacher education, service to local communities, and national outreach projects.


The Wayne County Reading Council (WCRC) promotes literacy development as a means of empowering teachers, students, and parents.
