The RESA Information Technology division serves 72 school districts, public school academies and other intermediate districts throughout the State of Michigan that are members of the Wayne RESA Computer Consortium.

RESA's Information Technology provides training, support and application development in three major areas:

  1. Business Information Systems – Payroll, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting
  2. Student Information Systems – Enrollment, Scheduling, Grades, Special Programs
  3. Technology Infrastructure – Internet, Network, Server, Security

In addition to the Administrative software packages, a team of 62 application content specialists in the areas of payroll, human resources, finance, administrative student services and transportation; system, telecommunication and network specialists; and programmers supports this service. New features, modules and functions are added to the suite of applications every year. State and Federal requirement compliance is also of primary importance.
