RESA provides three levels of system/network support to its clients: host, local and wide area networks, and telecommunications. Technical assistance for Local and Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN) includes support for administrative networks and installing file servers and software as it relates to RESA application software. All three areas maintain the integrity of data, database structure and security on our systems. RESA system support technicians also participate on district technology planning teams providing technical assistance.
